  32. The cybergraphics system was designed to define an independant graphics
  33. standard for graphics boards. We also wanted to continue our development
  34. of workbench emulations. We could include all our knowledge of about 3 years
  35. of gfx board software development (wb-emulation of visiona, domino, picasso
  36. and now the cybervision64).
  37. cybergraphics is based on hardware dependant monitor drivers and hardware
  38. independant libraries. This has some advantages: Bug fixes in the workbench
  39. emulation or speed optimizations is of benefit for ALL gfx boards that are
  40. supported by the cybergraphics system. There is no third like XpERT or
  41. Village-Tronic inbetween developers and users. That guarantees bug fixes
  42. and continued development of the software in the future.
  43. cybergraphics allows using of 15/16/24 screens independant of the used
  44. color model. You are able to use the cybergraphics.library functions to
  45. modify this screens. Using graphics.library functions is currently not
  46. possible but this may change in one of the next releases.
  47. Currently there are versions for Domino, PicassoII, GVP Spectrum, Piccolo Z2/3
  48. ,RetinaZ3 and PiccoloSD64

  52.      after video param changes
  53.    - added HIDE15BIT environment variable. Now you can
  54.      switch off 15bit modes to reduce screenmode list length.
